EU-XCEL is a new virtual accelerator which seeks out talented, aspiring entrepreneurs in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) to participate in a unique international entrepreneurship experience focused on creating and supporting European teams to become incubator-ready entrepreneurs.
The first so called „Startup Scrum“ took place in the beginning of June in Munich, with 42 aspiring entrepreneurs from all over Europe. Below is a testimonial from an Irish participant:
„Bing I had an email so I checked, the subject said EU Xcel. I was intrigued what was this? Once I had opened the email and began to read the excitement began. I knew right away I have to apply for this! In the application process there were a lot of questions to answer, such as ‘do you follow your heart or your head?‘ I think in this situation I ended up following both. My head said this looks good, my heart said all I want to do is continue this unknown entrepreneurial path I had only months earlier chosen to follow.
